We currently ship within the United States only. Please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to arrive.

- Delivery time: orders are processed within 1–3 business days and arrive within 2–4 weeks.
- In-stock pieces: items marked “In stock in Minneapolis” ship from us within 1–3 business days and usually arrive much sooner.
- Tracking: every order includes a tracking number by email.
- Delivery times are estimates. If your order is delayed, we will email you with an update.
Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
Email us at henry@africannecklaces.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
